HeyComply was founded by professionals who experienced first-hand the challenges of managing hybrid working policies at scale. As hybrid work became the norm across organisations of all sizes, we observed a consistent gap: attendance policies existed, but the tools to enforce them fairly, transparently, and without administrative burden did not.
We built HeyComply to close that gap. By connecting to the access control infrastructure organisations already operate, we turn raw door-entry data into clear compliance insights — giving employees visibility of their own standing, managers oversight of their teams, and HR the reporting they need, automatically.
