3. Our current website setup

The HeyComply marketing website does not currently use Google Analytics, advertising cookies, retargeting, social-media tracking or other optional tracking cookies.

Our hosting provider automatically provides HeyComply with aggregate page-view and unique-visitor statistics. This provider-supplied reporting is separate from Google Analytics and is not switched on or off by the HeyComply cookie-information control.

The application cookies are necessary to provide requested account, authentication and security functions. They are not used for advertising.

Optional cookies

HeyComply does not currently set optional analytics or advertising cookies on this marketing website. If this changes, we will update this policy and request a new choice before those cookies are activated.

6. Third-party services

We use service providers to operate our website and applications:

Website hosting provider — hosts this marketing website and automatically supplies HeyComply with aggregate page-view and unique-visitor statistics. HeyComply does not use this reporting to set Google Analytics or advertising cookies.
Railway — provides cloud infrastructure used to host the HeyComply web application. Railway processes application data as an infrastructure provider; the necessary session and security cookies described above are used by HeyComply’s application. 7. How to manage cookies

The “Cookie information” link in our website footer reopens the information panel. Most browsers also let you view, delete or block cookies. Instructions are available for Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Microsoft Edge.

Blocking essential application cookies may prevent you from logging in to HeyComply.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our website, hosting or analytics practices change. The current version will be published here with an updated date. If we introduce non-essential cookies, we will update our cookie controls before those cookies are activated.
