We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

How long we keep your data
- Contact-form submissions are kept for up to 12 months and then deleted.

Payment data
We do not collect or store payment information on this website. Payments for HeyComply subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We never see your full card details.

All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data from unauthorised access, loss or disclosure.
